Seeking Master WordPress Site Builder Who has EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE USING PREMIUM THEMES

Hello WordPress Theme User Experts!

My web design company is converting to WordPress ONLY web development. In the next 2 months I need to build 6 new sites in WordPress and MIGRATE about 15 sites to WordPress utilizing a theme the client has/will choose.

You need to be VERY FAMILIAR with working in WP Themes. Understanding that the theme creator may not have built in a feature we need, you have the know how to find the right plugin or change the CSS to make the theme work for our design.

You should LOVE short code and understand DESIGN LAYOUT. You do not need to be a graphic designer, I am a graphic designer and will supply you with all the media files to spec; so all you have to do is place them on the page where they should go (whether using the page code or writing your own HTML to accomplish it).

I'm hoping to see very clean text/code on both the VISUAL/HTML tabs of the pages. If you know PHP, that is a plus, but not required.

You need to be able to Skype with me and run MIKOGO (or logmeon) at the same time in order for me to work with you. So you need to have a good internet connection. Migrating a site is not as simple and requires the two of us to be able to speak with each other... just emailing will not work in this situation. I am more than happy to train you, but I need to know that we can talk on SKYPE and work in MIKOGO (or a similar program) so I can help you "in the moment."

After we have worked together migrating the existing HTML sites, we won't need to Skype because we'll have worked together enough that you'll understand what I'm trying to accomplish. I'll be able to send you a screenshot of a "bare" theme and draw in where I want items to be placed.

ABOUT ME: I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a WordPress Meetup producer and have attended Word Camp in San Francisco. I have been a web designer since 1997 and a graphic designer since 1993. I have been the co-owner of two computer businesses, one selling software, the other selling hardware.
