EXPERIENCED Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Marketing, and Systems)

We’re a VA Agency looking for a skilled, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to support our growing client base of online service providers. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can take initiative, manage multiple systems, and deliver with excellence.

You’ll handle:

Social media creation, scheduling & engagement


Email marketing setup, scheduling & improvements

Reporting (cashflow, sales, audience growth)

Managing tools like ManyChat, Canva, VistaPrint, Meta Ads Manager, Fresha

Graphic design & short-form video editing (Reels, CapCut, Descript)

General admin, scheduling & client communication

You’re perfect for this if you:

Have 2+ years VA/marketing experience

Are confident with social media + creative tools

Demonstrated experience managing social media content and strategy.

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar).

Comfortable working with tools such as:

Go High Level, ManyChat, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, VistaPrint, Fresha, CapCut, Descript.

Strong reporting and organisation skills — you know your way around spreadsheets and metrics.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Communicate clearly and deliver high-quality work fast

Are organised, reliable, and detail-focused

Reliable internet connection and ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
