???? Job Title: Meta Ads Virtual Assistant (Creative & Media Support)
???? About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, creative, and detail-oriented Meta Ads Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce team.
You’ll assist with building and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, organizing creative tests, and preparing reports for scaling.
If you have experience in ads management and a good creative eye — you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

???? Main Responsibilities

Build, structure, and manage Meta campaigns (CBO, ABO, Advantage+ setups)

Test creatives systematically (ad copy, videos, thumbnails) following provided frameworks

Organize and label creatives in Google Drive / Airtable

Collect performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) and report daily/weekly in Google Sheets

Support the team in spotting winning creatives and audiences

Communicate effectively with the creative and operations teams

???? Preferred Skills

Experience with Meta Ads Manager (essential)

Basic understanding of creative testing and scaling strategies

Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for ad creatives

Strong data organization & spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets)

Fluent written English and reliable communication

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and fast execution

Starting rate: $3.50–$4.50/hour, with quick raises based on performance

Full-time (40h/week), Monday–Friday

Daily reporting and communication through Slack

Flexible hours, but must overlap 2–3h/day with EU time
