JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We’re an Australian electrical contracting business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy administrative assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative duties (emails, document management, data entry, etc.)

Train and manage an OCR reader to process documents accurately

Assist with creating, editing, and uploading website content

Help test and train new business software and digital tools

Provide general support to the management team as required

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in OCR software training or document automation (highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Efficient, proactive, and able to follow processes accurately

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Comfortable learning new software and systems
