We are looking for a full-time Customer Service/Supply Chain Manager to support our multiple Google dropshipping stores. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, order and parcel issues, shipment delays, store inventory, and quality checks.
If you have experience with Shopify, dropshipping, and possess a positive attitude with a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details
Hours: 6–8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Requirements
• Proven experience in supply chain management for dropshipping
• Strong written communication skills
• Positive attitude, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable working with target KPIs
• Ability to work fixed shifts
• Reliable internet connection
