We’re DTF Virginia, a fast-growing custom printing business specializing in DTF transfers, UV, and sublimation printing for businesses and creators across the U.S.
We already have a strong SEO team, and now we need someone who can bring our designs and ideas to life on Shopify and not just build pages, but create smooth, user-focused experiences that also perform well in search.
If you love clean code, great UX/UI, and working closely with SEO and marketing teams, you’ll fit right in.

Job Overview
As our Shopify Developer, you’ll handle both the technical and visual sides of our Shopify store.
You’ll build and optimize pages using Figma mockups, improve site speed, and make sure everything aligns with SEO best practices.
You’ll work closely with our SEO team, so strong communication skills are a must.
We don’t want someone who just follows directions — we want someone who understands the “why” behind what we do and can help make it even better.

Key Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain Shopify pages and themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS).


Convert Figma designs into responsive, fast, SEO-friendly pages.


Optimize site structure, speed, and UX for better rankings and conversions.


Collaborate with the SEO and design team to implement on-page SEO fixes (meta tags, schema, headings, etc.).


Troubleshoot site bugs and handle app integrations or plugin tweaks.


Suggest improvements to UX/UI and functionality.


Stay updated on Shopify updates, trends, and SEO-friendly development practices.



Qualifications
Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (please include your portfolio or live store links).


Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.


Proficiency in Figma and understanding of responsive design principles.


Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (structure, load speed, meta, schema, etc.).


Insert the word “Pink” in your application so we know you read the whole post


Experience with Shopify apps and third-party integrations.


Excellent communication and time management skills.


Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) or CRO.
