Local Recruiter

We are a marketing agency specializing in LinkedIn B2B outreach, and we are looking for a local recruiter in the Philippines to help us grow our network of verified LinkedIn profiles. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and enjoys connecting with people both online and offline.

Your role will be to recruit individuals in the Philippines who are willing to provide verified LinkedIn profiles for our outreach operations. These profiles can be newly created or existing ones—ideally verified with a passport. We will provide a clear, step-by-step guide for the verification process, and it’s very simple to complete. You can also contribute your own profile if you’d like.

To be clear, there’s nothing shady or illegal about this. LinkedIn limits the number of actions one account can take per day, and since we do large-scale outreach, we simply need more verified accounts to expand our campaigns.

We pay each profile owner $30 per month on a month-by-month basis, and if they stay with us for a full year, we add a $40 loyalty bonus at the end of the 12th month. For every person you recruit, you’ll receive a one-time $15 payment once their profile is verified and active. If you consistently recruit high numbers (for example, 50 or more verified profiles within a given time frame), you’ll also be eligible for additional bonuses.

We’ve had great success working with students, and this role is ideal for someone who can reach out to local communities, universities, and online groups to find reliable people. You’ll also help manage our listings and communication on onlinejobs.ph and similar platforms.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident, proactive, and good with technology. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, VEO3, or other automation tools is a plus. We value people who think independently, move fast, and can solve problems without waiting for constant direction.
