Virtual Assistant

We are a marketing agency and growth consulting firm looking for a highly intelligent and proactive virtual assistant based in the Philippines. We are not looking for a basic admin—we want someone who has actually contributed to growing a business and understands what it takes to make things move. If you’ve been part of a company that scaled or you’ve helped a business expand its operations, we want to hear from you.

Your day-to-day work will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing client communication and inbox management, coordinating messaging campaigns, assisting in recruiting tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines, and helping monitor or oversee ad campaigns. You must be extremely comfortable with modern tech tools and AI platforms—ChatGPT, Midjourney, VO3, and others. Being resourceful and fast to learn new technologies is essential.

We value intelligence, initiative, and results. Before hiring, we will ask you to complete an IQ test—our goal is to work only with the brightest and most capable people. Your pay will depend entirely on your skills and the value you bring to the team.

Working hours are ideally from around 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central European Time, but we’re flexible and can start part-time depending on your skill level and availability. Please also note that you’ll need to have a valid passport.
