We act as the engine room behind ambitious fashion brands, managing production, sourcing, and manufacturing across the globe. From scaling DTC streetwear labels to supporting £500k+ brands with agile collections — we get product made.

Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us manage client relationships, keep projects moving, and deliver an exceptional client experience as we grow.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll sit right at the heart of what we do — supporting our production team, managing client comms, and keeping projects on track from initial brief through to delivery.

This is a client-facing role perfect for someone who’s highly organised, confident communicating, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Manage production timelines, updates & feedback loops
Coordinate between clients, designers & factories
Support quoting, invoicing & sample tracking
Handle day-to-day client comms — emails, WhatsApp, calls
Proactively flag risks, delays or changes
Keep internal trackers & systems updated
Support with general admin & operations tasks where needed

Experience using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive
Exposure to DTC or e-commerce brands
Prior client-facing experience
