Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for design and detail, and strong experience editing real estate or property videos. You should be confident using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, or Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of colour grading, pacing, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos suitable for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Work with footage from both professional and drone cameras.

Apply colour grading, sound design, and motion enhancements to elevate the final output.

Optimise content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Communicate effectively with the team to understand creative direction and feedback.

Maintain a clean, organised file structure for project assets and exports.

Requirements

Proven experience editing real estate or property-related videos.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, or Adobe Premiere Pro — you must know your chosen software inside and out.

Strong understanding of colour grading, composition, pacing, and transitions.

Ability to work efficiently and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Reliable internet connection and backup power preferred.

High attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to take feedback positively.
