GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a reliable, all-around Virtual Assistant who’s comfortable wearing different hats—from marketing to automation, video editing to Shopify listings. If you’re someone who learns fast, loves using AI tools to get things done better and faster, and has a good eye for design, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role will evolve, but here are some things you might work on:
- Creating and scheduling content for social media
- Light video editing (reels, TikToks, YouTube clips, etc.)
- Listing products on Shopify, Shopee, Carousell, or Amazon
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to write product descriptions, captions, and automate tasks

- Setting up simple automations with tools like Make, Zapier
- Helping with marketing and content ideas
- Organising and improving systems (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)
- Handling general admin tasks as needed

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Are comfortable using tools like Canva, Shopify, Notion, Zapier, AI tools
- Have a good eye for design—you can tell when something looks clean, clear, and professional
- Can switch between creative and technical tasks easily
- Are coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to improve
- Work independently and stay organised without needing constant check-ins
- Communicate clearly and show up with a positive, solutions-first attitude

Bonus If You Have…
- Experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, Shopee, Carousell)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
