Sales Representative

CaptainWater.com is looking for an experienced sale representative with excellent English skills. You must be a "prospect follow-up expert"! You must have excellent communication skills and previous inbound+outbound sales call experience. We are looking for individuals who is looking to be involved in a venture with a great potential. In addition, you will also answer direct calls, live chats, and emails as our customer care specialist and upsell our other products while doing that. Presenting and selling company products to potential customers. 2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 3. Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships. 4. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. 5. Identify and resolve customer concerns. 6. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 7. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 8. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. 9. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. 10. Follow-up for collection of payment and product order. 11. Maintain and update CRM software data on daily basis You must have reliable high-speed Internet connection, computer, quality headsets, and quite environment to make/receive calls.
