VA - Thinkific Membership Build (Project-Based, SOP-Focused)

Job Description

We’re an Australian health and education company supporting people with invisible illnesses such as ME/CFS, Dysautonomia, hEDS, Long COVID, and chronic pain.
We’re building a Thinkific membership platform and need a detail-oriented, process-driven VA to:
- Upload ~200+ videos from YouTube and shared folders
- Build 3 membership tiers with correct access levels
- Apply branding and design consistency (Canva assets provided)
- Support Stripe/Shopify integrations and user testing
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for future assistants

This is a 2-week project with milestone payments weighted toward completion. You’ll work under our Project Coordinator, who values clear systems, communication, and quality assurance.

Experience with Thinkific, Canva, Google Drive, and YouTube is essential. Shopify, Stripe, or Zapier experience is a bonus.

Milestone payments:
- Setup & Framework – 20%
- Upload & Organisation – 25%
- Tier Build & Branding – 25%
- Final Testing & SOP Handover – 30%
