About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist. This unique hybrid role is designed for a talent who lives and breathes social media, combining the strategic mindset of a brand marketer with the hungry heart of a sales hunter. You will be responsible for both building our brand presence on official channels and proactively driving revenue through personal account outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Part A: Official Brand Channel Management (The "Voice of CAILAB")

Content Creation & Localization: Transform our provided asset pack (images, videos, key messages) into engaging, native English content for our official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
YouTube Focus: Edit and repurpose video footage to create compelling content tailored for the Western audience, including adding English voiceovers, subtitles, and dynamic editing.
Strategy & Planning: Develop a content calendar that aligns with global campaigns and local cultural ---------- nts, providing proactive ideas and creative briefs to the HQ team.
Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by responding to comments and messages on our official pages.

Part B: Personal Account Sales Outreach (The "Revenue Driver")

Active Prospecting: Use a company-provided personal Facebook account to actively hunt for new clients in relevant 3D printing groups and communities.
Relationship Building: Identify and connect with potential customers (hobbyists, studios, wholesalers), build genuine relationships, and guide them through the sales funnel.
Direct Sales Conversion: Move conversations from Facebook to ---------- to finalize deals and achieve sales targets.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

A native-level English speaker with exceptional communication skills.
A social native: Highly proficient and active on Facebook and Instagram, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging.
Video Editing Skills: Proficient with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro for creating YouTube content.
A goal-oriented self-starter who is both creative and driven by sales results.
Possesses a strong "Internet sense" and is tuned into Western digital culture.
A keen interest in technology, 3D printing, or the maker movement is a significant plus.
