Join a passionate and collaborative team committed to changing lives—one client, one project, and one business at a time. As a dual-role Project Manager + Social Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our internal marketing execution and client-facing visibility.

Responsibilities

Lead internal and client-facing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within scope

Plan, schedule, and post across all companies' social media accounts

Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to keep projects moving smoothly

Manage timelines, track deliverables, and assign tasks in project management tools

Create content calendars and keep them updated and aligned with campaigns

Respond to DMs, comments, and inbox messages on social platforms

Coordinate Q&A sessions, trainings, and online events with clients

Monitor trends and recommend social strategies to increase reach and engagement

Additional Responsibilities May Include

Customer support via email and phone

Booking flights and accommodations

Light calendar management and inbox management

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Great organization and time management

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

Proficient with Canva and/or Photoshop

Confident multitasking and executing under deadlines

Familiar with platforms like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Stripe, and course creation tools

You’re not available to work late or weekends when needed

You crack under pressure

You’re disorganized or require constant supervision

Must be tech-savvy and computer literate

Fluent, clear English (spoken and written)

No noisy background during calls

Timeproof time tracking may be required during working hours

Training

Some training will be provided, but you must already have strong project management skills and be able to hit the ground running.
