About the role
The Admission and Customer Service Officer is specifically responsible for ensuring all aspects of the enrolment process and customer service are managed to an excellent standard. The Enrolment and Customer Service Officer:
1. Assesses and verifies the student's enrolment information, ensuring it is correctly recorded in our systems.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Read and assess student enrolment information to ensure all information is correct.
2. Process students' enrolment in Origin Institute student systems,
3. Ensure all enrolment data is correctly recorded,
4. Inform our local staff if anything requires special attention.
5. Answer customer phone calls and process

1. Proficiency in using office processing software such as Microsoft Office 365,
2. Proficiency in using the web browser and cloud CRM software,
3. Fluent in written and spoken English with proven customer service experience in processing
4. Have your own computer with a dual-display setup,
5. Fast and stable internet connection,
6. Tertiary qualifications,
7. Be reliable and can work long-term,
8. Be available to work on a full-time basis,
9. Having the availability to work on Saturday will be preferred.
