Virtual Assistant Shopify and Admin Support 8:30 - 10:30 PM Phillipine Time

Are you organized dependable and great at following directions We are a US based e commerce company looking for a smart detail oriented Virtual Assistant to help with Shopify customer emails and admin work If you love structure clear instructions and checking tasks off your list this job is for you

You must have real experience working in Shopify If you have added products edited listings or handled Shopify data before we want to hear from you

What You Will Do
Reply to customer emails using templates
Update spreadsheets track orders and organize files
Add and edit products in Shopify titles descriptions images and pricing
Assist with small admin projects and keep everything on track in Trello
Finish your assigned work within your 2 hour shift each day

Work Schedule
Start between 730 AM and 930 AM CST
That is 830 PM to 1030 PM Philippine Time
Monday to Friday
Work must be completed during your shift

Pay
PHP 526 per day about 9 USD
PHP 2632 per week about 45 USD
PHP 10530 per month about 180 USD
Paid every two weeks through PayPal
Performance bonuses available
Additional per piece project work can add over PHP 15000 extra per month

What You Need
Proven Shopify experience required You must already know how to upload products edit listings and work with data
Excellent written English
Experience using Gmail Google Docs Trello and Canva
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Must use TimeDoctor with video recording during your work hours
Must be comfortable working with romance themed and fantasy lifestyle products
