Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Personalized Cold Email Outreach (2–3 hrs/day)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with manual cold email outreach to prospective business clients.

You’ll be responsible for sending emails one-by-one (no bulk sending or automation) from our email account, tracking responses, and updating a spreadsheet with emails sent.

You’ll be provided with:


Email templates

Lead lists (names, email addresses)

Step-by-step instructions ( Will shadow for a day to learn)

Access to our email account

???? Your Responsibilities:

Send 200–500 personalized emails per day (manually, one at a time)

Track each sent email and response in Google Sheets

Tag and categorize replies (interested, not interested, etc.)

Follow instructions carefully and meet daily targets

Communicate daily progress via email and whats app

???? Requirements:

Excellent written English

Strong attention to detail (you’ll be sending personalized emails)

Reliable internet connection

Available 2–3 hours per day (U.S. business hours required)

Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and following SOPs

???? Compensation:

$3.50–$5.00 USD per hour (depending on experience)

Paid weekly via PayPal or OnlineJobs Pay

Experience in cold email or lead generation

Familiar with cold email outreach tools and strategies

Previous VA experience with U.S.-based clients
