• Work directly with customers to understand their data structure and migration requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies or format issues prior to import.
• Use internal tools to map and import data accurately into ManageCasa’s database.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Project Managers to ensure a smooth and timely integration process.
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively with both customers and internal teams.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks post-migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical data issues that may arise during onboarding.
• Document processes, maintain migration logs, and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of databases, Excel/CSV, and data structures.
• Familiarity with property management, accounting, or CRM software preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with customers to resolve data issues professionally and clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
