JOB OVERVIEW

We own an Airbnb property management company with about 60 active listings, and we’re currently looking to HIRE a Virtual Assistant for the role of Owner Communications and Onboarding.
This position involves:

- Handling calls, emails and messages from property owners, ensuring their concerns are resolved quickly and professionally
- De-escalating issues and maintaining strong relationships with owners
- Working within the Airbnb platform, understanding the backend, and helping find solutions to any property or reservation issues
- Coordinating with our internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent communication
We’re looking for someone who is:
? Fluent and articulate in English (both spoken and written)
? Professional, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
? Experienced with Airbnb or short-term rental management tools
