About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence.
You’ll create content, manage social media pages, run ads, and track performance for a leading Australian crane company.

Main Tasks

Plan, create, and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Design graphics and edit short videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement daily

Research content ideas, hashtags, and trends

Run and monitor paid ad campaigns

Prepare simple weekly reports using analytics data

Requirements

At least 3–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

Excellent English communication and writing skills

Strong skills in Canva and social scheduling tools

Knowledge of Facebook/LinkedIn Ads Manager and analytics

Reliable internet connection

Can work independently and consistently during Australian hours
