About Us
REViVE Amazon Partners is a U.S.-based Amazon growth agency that helps better-for-you CPG brands scale to 7- and 8-figures. Our team creates educational and thought-leadership content designed to attract new clients to the agency.
We’re now looking for a skilled video editor experienced in Tella to join our creative team on a project basis. The ideal candidate can also create clean, high-converting thumbnails in Canva or similar tools.

The Role
We’re hiring a Tella Video Editor who can take direction clearly and execute fast.
You’ll receive timestamps and edit notes like:
“Cut here,” “Blur this section,” “Add this clip,” or “Trim this segment.”
Most videos are 8 minutes or less and will be used for short-form educational or thought-leadership content on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
In addition to editing, you’ll create complementary thumbnails that capture attention and align with the brand’s visual identity.

What You’ll Do
- Edit raw Tella screen recordings with clean transitions and pacing
- Add blurs, cuts, overlays, and background adjustments as requested
- Create YouTube thumbnails using Canva or similar tools
- Ensure all videos and thumbnails are visually polished, professional, and on-brand
- Collaborate with the team through Slack or Loom for feedback and revisions
- Deliver edits and thumbnails on tight timelines with clear communication

What We’re Looking For
Experience editing with Tella
Experience creating thumbnails in Canva (or equivalent design tools)
Ability to follow detailed time-stamped directions and creative notes
Clean, efficient editing and design style with attention to detail
Reliable, responsive, and easy to communicate with
Bonus: Experience with Amazon-related content or eCommerce-style videos

Compensation
$10–$15 per completed video, depending on length and complexity
Paid per project
Ongoing work available weekly (1-2 videos now, expanding soon)
