Virtual Assistant - Podcast Editing / Digital Marketing Support / General Admin

Description:
I'm looking for a reliable, tech-savvy virtual assistant to join my team part-time for approximately 7-10 hours per week - to start.

Your responsibilities will include:
> Regular podcast editing (2-3 episodes every 2 weeks) - removing silences, pauses, retakes, and ensuring smooth flow
> Posting articles on WordPress
> Using Canva to finalize podcast worksheets and graphics
> Scheduling social media posts
> Initial content creation using ai
> video editing using Gling
> Other virtual assistant tasks as needed (I'll train you)

Required skills and tools:
You must be comfortable working with (or willing to learn quickly):
>Slack
>Motion ai
>Claude AI
>Canva
>WordPress
>Social Media Scheduling Tools (SocialBee or similar)
>Descript or other podcast editing tools

What I'm looking for:
>Strong attention to detail
>Good communication in English
>Proactive and organized
>Comfortable learning new tools quickly (we use A LOT of tools and I'm looking for someone who is able to use all of the amazing tools we use to speed up the process.
>Reliable and meets deadlines
