JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a 7-figure eCommerce brand in the health & wellness space, looking for a creative, fast, and reliable Video Editor who who creates scroll-stopping, conversion-driven VSLs and paid ads for Instagram and Facebook.

This is NOT a basic editing gig. We’re looking for an editor who’s both creative and tuned into what drives results.

What You’ll Be Creating:
- Short-form paid ads (10s–1:30s) that feel native to Reels, and Shorts
- UGC-style ads with multiple hook variations to maximize performance
- VSLs (2–5 mins) with clean pacing, emotional storytelling, and B-roll flow
- Performance iterations based on real ad data, not guesswork
- Trend-inspired edits that ride platform culture while staying brand-aligned

Weekly Output & Expectations:
- Deliver 8-10 briefs per week (quality over quantity)
- Proactively iterate based on ad performance data & strategist feedback
- Stay on top of TikTok/IG trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table

You’re a Perfect Fit If You…
- Have proven experience editing direct response ads that convert
- Understand key ad metrics (hook rate, watch time, CTR) and how edits affect them
- Know how to make videos feel native to social media paltforms
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and fast without sacrificing quality
- Want to grow beyond editing into strategy and leadership

Compensation & Growth:
$1,200 – $2000/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses for winning creatives
Clear growth path into Lead Editor / Creative Strategist
Fully remote – flexible schedule, results over hours
