Female Caller / Sales Representative (American Accent)

Rate: $6/hour + Commission for Each Show-Up
Language Requirement: Fluent English – American accent required
Work Hours: Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (EST time zone)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a female caller with a clear American English accent to contact warm leads and confirm their bookings. This is not cold calling, you’ll be speaking with people who have already shown interest or scheduled an appointment.

Your main goal is to confirm bookings, answer basic questions, and ensure clients show up for their scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities:
Call leads from our CRM or list to confirm bookings
Handle basic inquiries professionally and confidently
Update call outcomes and lead status accurately
Follow up with clients to ensure show-up and satisfaction

Requirements:
Female with neutral or American English accent (no strong regional accent)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales is a plus

Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Must be available to work during U.S. EST hours

Compensation:
$6/hour base pay
Additional commission for each lead that shows up to their appointment
