Short Form Video Editor for Real Estate / Builder Content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Intro:
We’re looking for a creative video editor who loves turning beautiful real estate and community footage into short, engaging social media reels.
You’ll edit content featuring model homes, neighborhood amenities, and lifestyle ---------- nts — similar to travel or hotel videos.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit 15–30 sec vertical videos for Instagram & TikTok
• Add captions, trending music, and dynamic transitions
• Repurpose one main shoot into multiple short clips
• Follow our template references for pacing & design
• Deliver 3–5 videos per community per week

Requirements:
• Experience editing Reels / TikToks / YouTube Shorts
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling
• Familiar with Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative

???? Compensation & Hours:
• $900–$1,200/month depending on experience and performance
• Paid bi-weekly via Wise
• Full-time, 40 hours/week (around 12–15 short videos weekly)
• Long-term role with growth opportunities in our builder content division

We’ll begin with 3 short test edits ($10/video) to ensure quality and workflow fit before starting the monthly retainer.
