Graphic Designer For Apparel Mockups

We are a high-growth American apparel manufacturing company serving over 5,000 clients nationwide — from construction crews to manufacturing plants to trade services. We manufacture custom shirts that reflect the pride and hard work of blue collar America. Our designs are unique but straightforward, keeping things simple, clean, and on-brand for each customer.

The Role
We’re looking for talented, detail-obsessed full-time graphic designers to join our growing team. You will create high-quality shirt mockups that reflect each client’s individual brand, colors, and style. You’ll visit the client’s website, understand their identity, and ensure every mockup is unique to that specific business—while maintaining our clean, production-ready style.

Responsibilities

- Create unique, accurate mockups based on each client’s branding and instructions

- Visit client websites to ensure designs reflect their brand, colors, and style

- Handle high volume work while maintaining precision and attention to detail

- Produce initial mockups and apply requested changes quickly and accurately

- Communicate clearly with our internal U.S. team for a smooth workflow

- Follow our simple, straightforward process for every project

- Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency

- Ability to manage high-volume production without sacrificing quality

- Reliable internet and a dependable computer setup

- Professional communication skills (written English)

- Experience in screen printing or dye sublimation mockups

- Knowledge of blue collar brand aesthetics

- Prior work with U.S.-based clients
