???? Ad Launcher for FB / Pinterest / Google (E-commerce Brands)
About the Role
We’re running multiple high-volume e-commerce brands (jewelry, lifestyle, tech). We test dozens of creatives weekly and need someone who can launch, manage, and track ads across Meta (FB/IG), Pinterest, and Google Ads.
This role is about speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Not creative work — pure execution.
???? Responsibilities
Launch new ad sets/campaigns daily across FB, Pinterest, and Google following exact naming systems.
Duplicate, refresh, and relaunch creatives based on rules (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM).
Monitor spend pacing, delivery, and flag issues quickly.
Update Notion / Google Sheets trackers daily with ad IDs, spend, and results.
Turn off underperforming ads following performance rules.
Coordinate with the creative & media buying team for what to launch next.
???? Requirements
Experience in
Understands key ad metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA.
Strong attention to detail — no naming errors, no missed uploads.
Fast learner, able to follow SOPs precisely.
Communicates clearly and proactively (Slack/
Consistent availability, including weekends when needed.
? Bonus Points
Experience with Shopify stores.
Familiar with creative testing structures (STATIC / VIDEO naming).
Experience using Hyros, Triple Whale, or tracking dashboards.

Fixed monthly rate (depends on experience).
