JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
The Production Manager will oversee all communication and coordination with overseas suppliers to ensure smooth production, high-quality output, and timely delivery of goods. This person will manage order placements, product sourcing, and quality control across multiple manufacturers, ensuring all production meets Habits365Greek’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between Habits365Greek and all overseas suppliers.

Place production orders based on finalized design and quantity sheets.

Source new fabrics, trims, and products that align with brand quality and cost goals.

Oversee production timelines, ensure factory capacity alignment, and monitor order progress through all stages.

Perform quality control checks before shipment — verify sizing, color accuracy, and decoration alignment.

Manage and document tech packs, measurements, and production specifications to ensure accuracy.

Communicate and resolve production issues promptly (fabric shortages, dye variations, delays, etc.).

Collaborate closely with design, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure product accuracy and on-time delivery.

Maintain production trackers and cost breakdowns for each order.

Negotiate pricing, minimums, and terms with vendors when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in apparel production, sourcing, or manufacturing coordination (especially overseas).

Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and printing/embroidery processes.

Ability to read and interpret tech packs, design files, and garment specifications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills (experience communicating with international factories preferred).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with factories in Pakistan, China, or similar apparel manufacturing hubs.

Technical knowledge of different fabric compositions (cotton, fleece weights, blends, etc.)

Understanding of MOQ negotiation, dyeing processes, and quality inspection standards.

Prior exposure to streetwear, collegiate, or custom apparel brands is a plus. Offer depends on experience.
