Amazon Advertising Specialist (Remote – PH-based)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across 14+ marketplaces (EU & North America)
(Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Work on multiple clients across multiple product categories
• Manage localised keywords in multiple languages
• Monitor Ad Performance and create reports to guide strategy
• Manage spend to meet pre-set budgets
• Help clients meet and exceed sales goals

Must-Have Experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns via Campaign

Manager (Seller Central)
• Proven success in reducing ACoS/TACoS while scaling profitable revenue
• Strong experience with:
o Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
o Keyword targeting, campaign structure, segmentation, and match types
o Bid optimisation and budget allocation across product life cycles
o Bulk file operations for scaling and efficiency
o Interpreting performance data to adjust strategy
• Skilled in using Helium 10 (especially Cerebro and Adtomic) and other key tools (DataDive) for ad
strategy and keyword analysis

Nice to Have
• Experience managing multiple regional Amazon marketplaces
• Familiarity with tools like Sellerboard, Helium10, DataDive, AdBrew

Tools & Platforms
• Amazon Seller Central, Sellerboard, Slack, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams, Asana

Working Hours
• 20 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
• Must overlap with UK time zone for at least 2 hours daily (e.g. 5-9 pm or 3-7 pm PH Time)
• Flexible schedule for remaining hours
• Open to holiday flexibility with prior agreement

Compensation & Benefits
• 30,000 – 40,000 PHP p/month ( ---------- PHP p/h), depending on experience and responsibilities
• Paid PH holidays + company performance bonuses (after 6 months)
