JOB OVERVIEW

Soldier Fly Technologies builds, licenses, and operates scalable Black Soldier Fly (BSF) systems that turn organic byproducts into high-value protein, oil, and frass. Our platform combines biology, engineered process controls, and practical operations playbooks so partners can stand up reliable BSF capacity fast and run it at consistent margins.

The Role

You will build clean lead lists, run disciplined outreach on LinkedIn and other channels, qualify prospects, and book sales calls. You will be measured on meetings booked, reply rates, list accuracy, and CRM hygiene. No guesswork. Clear targets and weekly reporting.

What You Will Do

Prospecting and Research

- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find owners, buyers, and managers at pet stores, distributors, e-commerce sellers, zoos, educational programs, and specialty retailers
- Pull leads from industry directories, trade show exhibitor lists, associations, and competitor followers
- Enrich data with emails, roles, websites, phone, city, state, and notes. Verify with tools to keep bounces low

Outreach and Appointment Setting

- Write short, clear connection notes and follow ups on LinkedIn
- Send email sequences that are polite, specific, and compliant with platform rules
- Route interested prospects, handle basic objections, and book calls on the calendar
- Nurture cold but qualified leads with periodic check-ins and relevant content

Systems and Reporting

- Keep CRM and lead sheets accurate and up to date
- Track daily activity, acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings set, and bounce rate
- Build simple dashboards for the team and surface what is working and what is not

Must Have

- 2+ years of VA experience focused on lead generation and appointment setting
- Strong English. You can write clear, direct outreach messages
- Proven LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills and multi-channel outreach
- Spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel. Lookups, filters, cleaning
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Clearbit, NeverBounce, Clay, Wiza, or similar
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working to daily and weekly targets
