We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team that takes pride in delivering great experiences for our clients. We’re currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to work closely with our Launch Manager to help new clients get up and running on our WordPress and SaaS platforms.

About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll support the Launch Managers by setting up and configuring the clients WordPress sites and connect it to our SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple onboarding tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with technology, solving challenges, and ensuring clients have a smooth start — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate and support our Launch Manager to onboard new clients.
Configure and customize WordPress sites using the admin portal.
Set up and integrate SaaS platforms based on client specifications.
Manage and track tasks using Jira and other project management tools.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure progress.
Verify configurations and test setups before launch to ensure full functionality.
Other duties as assigned by the Launch Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
High English proficiency – both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Experience with WordPress, particularly the admin portal.
Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
Strong communication skills – clear, responsive, and professional.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Bias for action – you take initiative and move projects forward.
Reliable and organized, able to meet deadlines consistently.
Able to work PST hours to align with our team’s schedule.
Stable, high-speed internet connection.

Bonus Skills
Experience with CRMs or marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with basic web design or integrations.
Background in client onboarding, technical support, or project coordination.
