We design and build AI receptionists, smart workflows, and automation engines that replace manual work with self-operating systems using tools like N8N, GoHighLevel (GHL), Retell AI, and OpenAI.

The Role

We’re looking for an elite Automation Developer who’s extremely comfortable with N8N, Retell AI, and GoHighLevel, and understands how to connect APIs, webhooks, and AI models into seamless systems.

You’ll work directly with our founder and technical team to build and maintain automations that power AI receptionists, lead follow-up systems, and cross-platform integrations (SMS, GHL, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).



Responsibilities

Architect and deploy end-to-end automations using N8N, GoHighLevel, and Retell AI

Build custom API integrations (OpenAI, CRMs, SMS tools, etc.)

Manage A2P messaging registration and automation logic inside GHL sub-accounts

Connect GHL workflows with AI voice and text response systems

Automate tasks like lead routing, follow-up, AI summarization, and team alerts

Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for speed, reliability, and scalability

Document your workflows using Loom and SOPs

Work independently and manage multiple systems with high attention to detail



Example Projects

AI receptionist that answers calls and texts using Retell AI + OpenAI

Automation that parses new leads from GHL ? summarizes them with GPT-4 ? posts in Slack + creates ClickUp task

Dynamic voice follow-ups using Retell AI, triggered via N8N workflow

System-wide performance reports automated via Google Sheets API




Requirements

1+ years experience in workflow automation or systems development (Unless you can prove you got what it takes)

Expert-level knowledge of N8N (or Make/Zapier + N8N transition experience)

Proven experience integrating GoHighLevel (GHL) with external tools

Strong API skills: REST, JSON, webhooks, and HTTP requests

Experience with OpenAI or LLM integrations

Excellent problem-solving and debugging ability

Clear communicator with organized documentation habits

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

(Bonus): Experience with Retell AI, Airtable, or ClickUp API

Test Project (Required)

You’ll start with a paid test project to validate your skills.
We’ll assess your ability to design, build, and document a small working automation before long-term hire.
