About the Role

We are an e-commerce brand creating high-quality product ads across multiple niches, including home décor, beauty, and lifestyle.
We are transitioning fully to AI-generated UGC and are hiring a full-time AI Prompt Engineer who can generate realistic, UGC-style video clips using advanced AI tools.

You won’t be editing videos — instead, you’ll use AI prompting to produce authentic, human-like product clips.
Our in-house editors will then assemble your clips into complete ad campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who not only understands AI tools but also enjoys brainstorming, experimenting, and collaborating with our creative team to bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities
• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, HeyGen, or others) to generate realistic UGC-style video clips for physical products
• Brainstorm with our creative team to develop new visual ideas, shot styles, and product scenarios
• Develop, test, and refine prompts to achieve high-quality, natural-looking results
• Deliver consistent batches of clips aligned with marketing briefs
• Stay current with new AI video trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements
• Proven experience using AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, HeyGen, or similar)
• Strong prompt engineering and creative experimentation skills
• Experience creating human-style, product-focused UGC clips
• Must be comfortable brainstorming and collaborating with our team
• Strong creative eye for realism, storytelling, and visual composition
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
• Excellent communication skills in English

Selection Process

We will review both your AI-generated videos and the prompts that led to those results.
Based on this, we will shortlist candidates for a paid trial project.

The trial will be based on a specific case study, where you’ll be asked to create short, realistic, product-focused UGC clips using AI.
This trial is fully paid and allows both sides to evaluate collaboration, creativity, and workflow.
Successful candidates from the trial will be offered a long-term position within our team.
