Tech/Go High Level VA – Funnels, Automation & Marketing Systems (Go High Level + Chatbots + Tracking)

We’re The Expanded Collective, a fast-growing marketing & business coaching brand.

We help service-based entrepreneurs grow through marketing systems and automation — and we’re looking for a Tech VA who can build, optimize, and manage funnels that generate booked appointments and nurture leads to increase in-office sales conversions.

You’ll work across multiple projects at once — including our internal lead funnels and DFY client campaigns — to:

Build & optimize Go High Level automations, chatbots (SMS, live chat, Instagram), and nurture workflows

Design professional, high-converting landing pages and websites

Configure and manage A2P messaging compliance

Set up split tests, attribution tracking, and pixel events (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Create customized GHL snapshots for resale and client onboarding

Maintain clean CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reports

You’re a fit if you:

Have 2+ years of Go High Level or similar CRM experience

Are confident with automation logic, tracking, and pixels

Can manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

Thrive in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment

Have experience designing and testing pages for conversion optimization

(Preferred) Have agency experience managing multiple clients or brands

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must have at least 2–3 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for communication and daily check-ins.
