JOB OVERVIEW

Phoenix Home Remodeling is seeking a driven sales professional for a high-growth position with clear advancement to Consultation Consultant within 4-6 months for top performers.

CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY
Start: Receptionist + Business Development ($1,200 base + commissions)
Advance to: Phone Consultation Consultant (handling full sales consultations & price qualification - significant income increase)
Fast-track timeline: 4-6 months for exceptional performers who master our systems and demonstrate strong sales results.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base: $1,200/month
Commission:
$3 per completed qualified homeowner consultation you schedule
$2 per completed qualified realtor/designer partnership appointment you schedule



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
60% - Outbound calls:
Calling homeowners who filled out a form on our website
Cold call realtors and designers to establish referral partnerships

40% - Inbound Call Management:
Answer homeowner inquiries and schedule consultations
Handle solicitor calls and messages for the team
Update CRM (Go High Level) with all interactions
Basic objection handling using provided responses



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Must-Have:
2+ years phone sales experience (US/English-speaking markets)
2+ years appointment setting experience
2+ years CRM/database management
Excellent spoken English (minimal accent - homeowners must easily understand you)
Proven ability to handle objections and close appointments
Preferred:
Experience with Go High Level CRM
Google Workspace proficiency
B2B partnership development experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 9am-12noon, Arizona time
Actual phone time: 1-3 hours daily (calls are short, plenty of time between calls)
Work from home requirements:
Quiet environment
Noise-canceling headset
15+ Mbps internet with backup connection
Core i5+ processor computer
