JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Do:

Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and social platforms
Manage Shopify product listings, descriptions, and inventory updates
Design and optimize store pages for better conversion
Work directly with me (founder) to understand our brand voice and customer experience standards
Learn advanced e-commerce strategies and scaling tactics from our team
Opportunity to grow into Operations Manager/Head of Customer Experience role

What I Need:

Experience with Shopify backend and basic store customization
Excellent written communication skills in English
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic design sense for product pages and collections
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Past VA or e-commerce support experience
