ABOUT ASTRA:

Astra Properties is a FAST-scaling real estate investment and education company that builds elite systems for flipping, novations, and leadership. Our content documents the real side of entrepreneurship, real estate, and personal mastery — combining storytelling, discipline, and visual excellence.

We’re building a world-class brand and media machine. This role is for editors who move fast, take ownership, and bring creative discipline to the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels (daily output).
- Edit long-form content for YouTube (podcasts, educational series, breakdowns).
- Follow Astra’s brand voice and editing style: sleek, masculine, cinematic, disciplined.
- Use dynamic hooks, clean captions, and sharp pacing to maximize retention.
- Repurpose content from podcasts, interviews, and B-roll into shareable clips.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Director for revisions and storytelling flow.
- Implement feedback quickly and improve quality over time.
- Organize and name all assets correctly inside Dropbox and editing software.
- Use Astra’s approved fonts, colors, and brand overlays.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Proven experience editing engaging short-form content.
- Understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and emotional beats.
- Access to a stable internet connection and fast turnaround capability.
- Fluent English comprehension (spoken and written).
- Must handle deadlines, feedback, and creative direction with discipline.
