Accounting - Property Management

This is a contract job. Expected job from Dec. 1st 2024 - May 29th 2026

TMT Property Services is a property management company based out of Sacramento California. We are looking for a knowledgeable bookkeeper / accountant to assist on a contract basis. Duties will include:

Knowledge an use of AppFolio is a plus!

- Trust account bank reconciliations
- Processing owner statements
- Assist in processing accounts payable
- Customer service follow ups on accounting related questions (Tenant and Owners)
- Update Ledgers
- Assist with tasks given by corporate controller
