Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across marketing, sales, and operations. You will transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to help the company grow and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, paid media platforms, internal tools).
Create dashboards and regular reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
Conduct trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Provide insights into customer behavior, service usage, and retention.
Support marketing and sales teams by analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
Collaborate with leadership to define metrics and improve data-driven decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across reporting systems.
Requirements
.2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in online services or eCommerce).
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-friendly way.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Experience with marketing tools as HighLevel and ClickFunnels
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
