Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience in wholesaling or real estate investing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
-Managing and replying to mass text campaigns using our CRM platform (Smarter Contact, PropStream, etc.)
-Screening inbound leads and qualifying motivated sellers and cash buyers
-Sourcing and building buyer lists in targeted markets (Florida, Texas, Missouri, North Dakota, etc.)
-Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with active leads and buyers
-Assisting in simple online research (county records, property comps, skip tracing)
-Providing daily updates and communication on progress

The ideal candidate:
-Has excellent English (written and verbal)
-Is experienced with real estate wholesaling, cold texting, and lead management tools
-Is organized, reliable, and can work independently
-Has strong attention to detail and data accuracy
