Position Title:
Position Type: Remote, Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
Availability: Open to weekends & multiple time zones
Compensation: $700–$1200 per month (experience-based; for experienced VAs/marketers)

Key Responsibilities:
Email
- Manage, segment, and optimize
- Build and launch automated
- Implement tags, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring to increase conversions and retention.
- Track and report on open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribes, and deliverability.
- Suggest and execute improvements to optimize performance.
Funnels & Landing Pages:
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, sales pages, and webinar funnels.
- Ensure tracking consistency (pixels, UTM links) across funnels.
- Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and subject lines.
- Metrics, Reporting & Ops
- Maintain weekly KPI workflows and prepare summaries with action items.
- Build dashboards in Google Sheets for funnel performance,
- Keep SOPs updated and document automations, workflows, and QA steps.
Systems, Tools & Admin:
- Manage logins, credentials, and integrations.
- Create payment links and manage transactions in Stripe.
- Provide backend support for WebinarJam (live events, registration flows, reminders).
- Support funnel updates using prebuilt templates.
- Provide light inbox support and customer service as needed.
- Must be excellent with Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, data validation).
Required Experience & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital or coaching business.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Go High Level preferred).
- Proven ability to build and manage funnels and landing pages.
- Skilled with Stripe, Asana, Google Suite, WebinarJam.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like SegMetrics (preferred).
- Strong tech, documentation, and QA skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
