Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar: schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meeting logistics (video links, phone numbers, agendas, reminders)
- Triage incoming
- Track follow?up tasks and outcomes in CRM, spreadsheet, or task?management tool
- Prepare daily/weekly appointment summaries and status reports
- Maintain templates for confirmations, follow?ups, and cancellations
- Execute light marketing tasks, including:
- Drafting, scheduling, and posting social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter,
- Creating and scheduling
- Assisting with content repurposing (turning blog/newsletter content into social posts or short captions)
- Monitoring basic social engagement and flagging opportunities or inquiries for follow?up
- Helping with simple graphic creation using Canva (templates provided)
- Supporting basic SEO tasks: keyword research for short posts, adding alt text, and updating meta descriptions (as needed)
- Maintain brand voice and confidentiality across all communications and marketing materials
