Support a Nationally Recognized Campaign and a High-Impact Brand Ecosystem
Position: Social Media Manager / Public Relations
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $5/hour (Paid Holidays & Annual Raises after Probation)
Schedule: 20 hours/week (Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time after 90 days)
About Us
You will be supporting Max Fortune, CEO of Innovative Global Entities (IGE), which oversees 16 active brands including Get Biz Credit, Reimagine iT Inc., Excel Media Group, Affluential Magazine, Mind Your Business Podcast, and
Your primary responsibility will focus on promoting the Fundable Futures campaign — a groundbreaking initiative designed to help 1,000 minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses in Atlanta gain access to $100K–$250K in business credit with no personal guarantee. You'll play a key role in enhancing visibility, engagement, and storytelling across multiple media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and manage cross-platform content calendars for 8 brands
• Schedule and post content across Instagram,
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for growth
• Leverage
- Public Relations & Brand Communications:
• Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and news updates
• Manage sponsor and cohort media coverage for the Fundable Futures campaign
• Pitch media stories to online publications, podcasts, and community newsletters
• Coordinate PR efforts with Affluential Magazine and the Mind Your Business Podcast
- Campaign Engagement & Community Visibility:
• Respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions
• Highlight cohort milestones, testimonials, and challenge participation
• Support challenge promotions, reward announcements, and graduation events
• Maintain brand tone and integrity across all communication channels
You Are:
- A strategic thinker who knows how to turn ideas into high-engagement content
- Detail-oriented, with strong written communication and visual branding skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, video editing tools, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working with ChatGPT and/or AI tools for content drafting
- Experienced in managing multiple social pages with consistency and clarity
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media or PR (portfolio required)
- Must submit verifiable examples of previous work or campaigns
- Strong command of written English and content editing
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, MS Teams, Google Sheets
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms (e.g., MS Bookings, Google Calendar, or similar)
- Familiarity with Sendiio, Zapier, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Must have stable internet and a computer capable of managing creative assets
- Must be comfortable working from 9 AM – 2 PM EST (or overlapping hours)
Compensation & Benefits

Part 3 – PR & Communication Skills
Write a short press release paragraph (100–150 words) announcing the launch of a new GetBiz.Credit partnership with a major financial institution supporting small-business growth. Use a professional PR tone suitable for media distribution.
Part 4 – Organization & Multitasking
You are asked to manage five brand pages at once.
Outline a daily workflow schedule showing how you would:
Monitor comments and DMs
Create and schedule posts
Track analytics
Communicate progress to the CEO

Part 5 – Attention to Detail
Read the following short paragraph and rewrite it without grammar, punctuation, or capitalization errors:
