HIRING: Freelance Photographer/Videographer for Company Retreat (November 20–22 | Near Alabang, Metro Manila)

We’re looking for a freelance photographer/videographer to capture every ---------- nt of our upcoming Company Retreat happening on November 20–22, 2025, at a resort near Alabang, Metro Manila.

This 3-day event will bring together our entire team for workshops, games, bonding sessions, and celebrations — and we want as much photo and video content as possible to document the experience!

About the Project

We want full, end-to-end coverage — not just highlights.

Our goal is to capture everything: candid interactions, team-building activities, group ---------- nts, behind-the-scenes fun, and spontaneous laughter.

We’ll handle all post-production internally, so what we need most from you are raw, high-quality photos and videos.

However, we’d love to receive 10–15 edited photo highlights each day for us to post and share while the retreat is ongoing.

Responsibilities
1. Capture large volumes of photo and video content across all 3 days (morning to evening).
2. Focus on a mix of candid ---------- nts, group shots, team activities, and event highlights.
3. Deliver organized raw files daily (labeled by date and activity).
4. Provide 10–15 edited highlight photos by the end of each day for internal updates and social media posting.
5. Coordinate with our on-site communications team to ensure full coverage of key events and participants.

What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in event photography and videography (corporate, lifestyle, or retreat coverage preferred).
2. Owns professional camera and video gear (with backups and storage).
3. Strong storytelling ability — able to capture energy, emotion, and connection.
4. Organized, dependable, and able to manage large volumes of media.
5. Comfortable working with minimal direction while maintaining consistent coverage.

Deliverables
1. All raw photo and video files from November 20–22 (organized per day/activity).
2. 10–15 edited photo highlights each day (for same-day or next-day posting).
