Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Media Delivery & Quality Control

Location: Remote – Flexible Hours (Eastern US Time)

About Us:
Property Geeks provides high-quality real estate media including photography, videography, virtual tours, drone footage, and floor plans. We are a fast-growing team, and we need a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage delivery and quality control of all media content.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring all real estate media is properly organized, edited, and delivered to our clients to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with our photographer and editors to manage workflow, quality check media, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Photo Management & QC:

Access photos uploaded by the photographer to Dropbox after they’ve selected and named them.

Quality check all photos after AI editing (via AutoHDR), making minor adjustments in Lightroom or equivalent (e.g., leveling, removing reflections).

Floorplans & 3D Tours:

Ensure CubiCasa floorplan scans upload correctly to Spiro.

Link completed 3D Zillow/Matterport tours to Spiro.

Video Management:

Receive video clips from Dropbox and forward to video editor.

Order video edits and attach completed videos to Spiro.

Delivery & Standards:

Ensure all media meets quality standards and is organized correctly.

Deliver final media to the client in Spiro by 8 AM Eastern Time the day after the shoot.

Workload & Flexibility:

Workload varies depending on the number of shoots: some days may have no shoots, while others may have 3–4.

Weekend work may occasionally be required, e.g., a Friday shoot needs to be delivered by Saturday morning, or Saturday shoots may occur.

Requirements:

Highly detail-oriented and organized.

Basic photo editing skills (Lightroom or equivalent).

Comfortable working with Dropbox, Spiro, AutoHDR, CubiCasa, Matterport, Zillow 3D tours, and video editing workflows.

Strong communication skills.

Flexible with working hours to meet delivery deadlines (Eastern US Time).

Reliable and proactive.

Preferred:

Experience in real estate media or content delivery.

Familiarity with automated workflows and AI photo editing.
