Position Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time with potential to expand (5 - 10 hrs starting out)
Reports To: Founder/Owner
About Eunette Hair Essentials:
We’re a woman-owned, clean, natural hair-care brand dedicated to kinky, curly, coily and loc’d hair. Our products are salon-quality yet made at home, rooted in scalp health, growth and luxury feel.
What you’ll do:
- Social media content scheduling & support: help plan the calendar, draft captions, gather assets (photos/videos), assist with hashtags, tagging, community engagement.

- Influencer / creator outreach: help identify appropriate micro-influencers or creators aligned with our niche, draft outreach templates, track collaborations and results.
- Campaign support: assist with launches (product drops, seasonal promos), coordinate visuals, timelines, assist with paid-ads basics (collecting assets, tracking spend/ROAS).
- Analytics & reporting: monitor basic metrics (social engagement, website traffic,
- Content library upkeep: help organize imagery, videos, copy snippets, repurpose older content for new use (e.g., turn blog into carousel posts).
- Brand-voice maintenance: ensure all external copy aligns with our tone (friendly, confident, inclusive, expert-but-approachable).
- Ad-hoc projects: insider promos for our “Eunette’s Frens” community, loyalty-program ideas, collaborate on creative assets (with design team or freelance designers).
What we expect:
- Knowledge of Instagram,
- Ability to write good captions and short-form copy aligned with our brand voice
- Good visuals sense: while you may not be the designer, you recognize good vs weak imagery, understand what resonates with our niche (loc’d/kinky hair community)
- Excellent communication, ability to hit deadlines and manage concurrent campaigns
- Passion for or familiarity with natural hair space is a huge plus — the audience we serve is specific and you’ll need to “see through their eyes.”
Nice to have:
- Experience with beauty/hair brands (especially natural-hair focused)
- Experience running basic paid-social ads
- Some experience with influencers/collaborators and tracking their performance
- Graphic-design basics (Canva)

Compensation & Schedule:
