About Eunette Hair Essentials:
We’re a woman-owned, clean, natural hair-care brand dedicated to kinky, curly, coily and loc’d hair. Our products are salon-quality yet made at home, rooted in scalp health, growth and luxury feel.

What you’ll do:
- Social media content scheduling & support: help plan the calendar, draft captions, gather assets (photos/videos), assist with hashtags, tagging, community engagement.
- Email marketing support: compile email lists, help design or draft newsletter copies, monitor performance metrics (open rates, clicks), suggest improvements.
- Influencer / creator outreach: help identify appropriate micro-influencers or creators aligned with our niche, draft outreach templates, track collaborations and results.
- Campaign support: assist with launches (product drops, seasonal promos), coordinate visuals, timelines, assist with paid-ads basics (collecting assets, tracking spend/ROAS).
- Analytics & reporting: monitor basic metrics (social engagement, website traffic, email campaign results), present short weekly summaries (“Here’s what moved + here’s what I suggest”).
- Content library upkeep: help organize imagery, videos, copy snippets, repurpose older content for new use (e.g., turn blog into carousel posts).
- Brand-voice maintenance: ensure all external copy aligns with our tone (friendly, confident, inclusive, expert-but-approachable).
- Ad-hoc projects: insider promos for our “Eunette’s Frens” community, loyalty-program ideas, collaborate on creative assets (with design team or freelance designers).

What we expect:
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, plus email-marketing platform (Klaviyo)
- Ability to write good captions and short-form copy aligned with our brand voice
- Good visuals sense: while you may not be the designer, you recognize good vs weak imagery, understand what resonates with our niche (loc’d/kinky hair community)
- Excellent communication, ability to hit deadlines and manage concurrent campaigns
- Passion for or familiarity with natural hair space is a huge plus — the audience we serve is specific and you’ll need to “see through their eyes.”

Nice to have:
- Experience with beauty/hair brands (especially natural-hair focused)
- Experience running basic paid-social ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager)
- Some experience with influencers/collaborators and tracking their performance
- Graphic-design basics (Canva)

Why you’ll love it here:
You’ll be creating content that truly matters helping women with kinky/curly/coily/loc’d hair feel seen, supported and beautiful. You’ll grow with the brand, have creative input, and see your ideas come to life.

Compensation & Schedule:
(To be discussed) Hourly or retainer with growth potential tied to campaign results. Flexible.

How to apply:
Send your resume + portfolio/link to 2-3 social-media works you’ve done (can be your own Instagram, TikTok, campaign you helped). Take a look at our social media ---------- and in a short paragraph (?200 words) tell me what you would do to elevate our socials.
