About the Role

The Aurox Meat Company is a leading British beef wholesaler and online meat supplier. We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented remote worker to join our growing team as an Account Manager (order capture, and order processing).

You’ll communicate directly with our restaurant and retail customers via WhatsApp, confirm weekly orders and butchery specifications, and record all details accurately in Excel and Asana. You’ll be supported by our Head of Account Management and trained to use our internal order processing system (Dimension Pro) once you’re confident with the basics.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with customers on WhatsApp, confirming weekly meat orders and product specifications.

Reference previous order history and customer notes to craft thoughtful, personalised messages.

Follow up with customers who haven’t yet placed their orders, using friendly and professional reminder messages.

Record confirmed orders accurately in Excel, applying the correct colour-coding system.

Work closely with the Head of Account Management to ensure all confirmed orders are ready for upload to Dimension Pro.

Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail throughout the weekend.

Requirements:

Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident using Excel, WhatsApp Web, and online tools.

Comfortable working independently, managing follow-ups, and tracking multiple customers at once.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible UK hours Friday–Sunday.

Own computer and mobile phone able to run required software and apps

Preferred (but not essential):

Experience in account management, order processing, logistics coordination, or customer support.

Familiarity with the food, hospitality, or meat industry.
