Credit Counsel Elite (CCE) is hiring an Onboarding & Member Operations Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through the onboarding process, verifying documents, and helping them navigate the CCE App. You’ll also support our AI-driven credit repair fulfillment process, ensuring dispute letters are generated and sent on time every 15 days, and assist with basic finance admin such as payment confirmations and chargeback documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and onboard new members via Zoom and
- Verify IDs and required documents
- Manage the 15-day fulfillment cycle and track member progress
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow SOPs
- Support finance admin tasks (receipts, chargebacks, updates)
Tools You’ll Use (typical)
- CCE App (member platform)
- AI credit?repair software (letter generation)
- CRM / Project Management board (e.g., Monday.com)
- Shared Support Inbox / Templates
- Drive/Docs for file management and audit trails
- Deposyt (Centz & Maverick), GHL, PandaDoc, Zoom, Snappy
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, operations, or admin support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Experience using CRMs, task boards, or shared inboxes
- Able to work U.S.-friendly hours (at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time)
