Part-Time Video Editor – YouTube & Social Media Content

I’m looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to help me edit YouTube videos, podcast clips, and short-form content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

You’ll be working directly with me — I’m a coach, speaker, and content creator focused on helping entrepreneurs and athletes grow personally and professionally. I already record videos; I just need someone who can make them look professional, engaging, and ready to post.

Main Tasks:

Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15 mins).

Create short-form clips (30–60 seconds) from longer videos.

Add captions, background music, and engaging jump cuts.

Insert b-roll, sound effects, and text animations where needed.

Organize and upload final videos to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Qualifications:

Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Basic understanding of YouTube & social media formatting (vertical & horizontal).

Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and design.

Good communication skills and reliable with deadlines.

Must be organized and able to take feedback.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Experience editing content for coaches, entrepreneurs, or YouTubers.

Understanding of YouTube thumbnails and titles (training can be provided).

Familiarity with adding subtitles using CapCut or Descript.
